My laptop showing to create confifiguration (WZC) service

  While opening controll penal as my laptopis very slow start and shut dow since past one week an d showing (WZC service and  Queue services done  through Microsoft.com please help me as i am senior citizen and using laptop for 2 to 4 hours per day. Your early action in this will be highly appriciated. Thx reds.
