  Hello,

  You'd probably want to ask mono: http://www.mono-project.com/community/

  However, I'd strongly suggest upgrading to the free Visual Studio Community Edition or to a paid Visual Studio version.

  If you think this is a problem with your installation of Visual Studio, I'd ask in the Visual Studio Setup and Installation forum.
