Corporate XP licence to OEM licence without formating HD RRS feed

    I have a desktop that I brought secondhand with a corporate XP licence and it was working ok, now the Corporate has either renegged on its licence.  So I have a new OEM XP which I would like to replace it with.. I do not want reformat the HD as I have installed other software and are using the OC as a server for an Access data base..

    Can what i want to do be done????

    Unfortunatly, if the Product Key update Tool fails the only other option I can provide is to do a reinstall.
