One Care Renewal

Hello, I just renewed my Windows One Care Subscription. Once it was renewed it directed me to go to Windows One Care Wizard and click next to continue. There was no wizard present to click on. How do I update my computer with the renewed subscription.

If you renewed online at https://billing.microsoft.com there is no further action for you to take. The PCs activated with your subscription LiveID will receive updated credentials within 24 hours in most cases.

Hello, I did renew my subscription through microsoft billing on-line and it's been over 24 hours. My credit card has been charged. My computer is still telling me there are security issues and that my subscription still needs to be renewed. After I paid for my renewal the only thing it said was to finish a install wizard. Never saw any install wizard and I did nothing else after purchasing renewal. Is there something I shoudl do at this point?

thank youYou can try the following:
- Check your PC date and time.
- Check your subscription status by logging in with your subscription LiveID at http://billing.microsoft.com
- Confirm that this is the same LiveID shown to be the Subscription ID in OneCare - Help/About…
- Open OneCare and click "Check for Updates" to have OneCare check for updated credentials
If your subscription is correctly shown at the Billing site, but incorrect in OneCare and your PC date and time are correct, please contact support.
