CRM 4 - Change Admin User

Question
-
I have a CRM admin user.
When CRM was installed we created the user first, logged in as that user and ran the setup. I added the user to local Admin on Web and SQL servers, alsopadded the user to Reporting Server.
When the user was created the login was spelled wrong so my client would like to fix this.
If we create a new Admin user, what is the best way to replace the old user? Is there anything I should think about?
My plan would be:
- Create new user,
- Give user full control of OU and descendents
- Add user to local Admin groups on web and sql server
- Add user to Reporting Server
- Add user to CRM as an admin
- Remove the old user in reverse
Does that sound about right, have I missed anything?

Hi,
Once crm is installed is does not actively need the admin user. What I'd recommend is to create the new user with the correct spelling, then go to crm and change the domain login of your administrator from the old active directory user to the new activate directory user. That's pretty much all you need.

Gordon,
Adding more to Alex's post:
You should add the New Admin to the Deployment Administrator's in CRM Deployment Manager to ensure usage of Deployment Manager post deletion of incorrect account.
Hope this helps.
