Hi there,
after i applied Rollup 3 in MS CRM 4 i received those errors in System Jobs:

In your workflow do you use email step?
If yes, just check the email step and configure correctly.

Check out this post and see if it helps. I had trouble publishing and running workflows and making the changes referenced in the post worked for me. Not sure if this is your issue but it is a starting point. I assume this is not a 'custom' workflow but one created from Settings, Workflow.
