though a job is completed by the contractor due to legal agreement he has to be paid in 4 parts. How do you show that in cash-flow statement. In short the budget is allocated for a particular task. But there are certain businesses when one task is going on you have to make advance payment for the last task in the process . Setup a Cost Resource. When moneys are paid, upate the Cost Resource actual cost field. The report should pull form it.
