Cash flow in msproject2007 RRS feed

  • Question

  • though a job is completed by the contractor  due to legal agreement he has to be paid in 4 parts. How do you show that in cash-flow statement. In short the budget is allocated for a particular task. But there are certain businesses when one task is going on you have to make advance payment for  the last task in the process . My question how do you show that in a cash flow statement

Answers

  • Setup a Cost Resource.   When moneys are paid, upate the  Cost Resource actual cost field.  The report should pull form it.

    Cheers!
