Column name 'IsIntegrationUser' in table 'SystemUserBase' is specified more than once. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

I am getting this error message when I am importing organization from Microsoft CRM 4.0 Workgroup to Microsoft CRM 2011 Workgroup.

    InnerException:
System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Column names in each table must be unique. Column name 'IsIntegrationUser' in table 'SystemUserBase' is specified more than once.

    Thanks in advance

  • I ran in to this EXACT same problem, I have no idea where this came from.  I'm currently working on it but have made a little progress.  Check this thread here: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/crmdeployment/thread/e34c0128-3586-4049-bb22-5fd4194e61f8

    Final Solution:

    1. On the CRM 4.0 Server
      1. Update attribute set IsCustomField = 1 where name = 'IsIntegrationUser'
      2. Modify the SystemUserExtensionBase table and add a column for IsIntegrationUser with type bit.
      3. Navigate to Settings -> Customisability -> users -> attributes -> and delete the IsIntegrationUser value
      4. Now go to the SystemUserBase table and delete the IsIntegrationUser column if it still exists.
      5. Backup the CRM Database from SQL Management Studio
    2. On the CRM 2011 Server
      1. Restore the 4.0 CRM Database to SQL
      2. Navigate to Organizations, and import the old CRM Database

  • Have you done any modification to the 'SystemUserBase' table?

This issue might be caused by case difference. Please check whether you can find duplicate attribute in the 'SystemUserBase' table of the V4 database. If not, please paste the name of this attribute here.
