  • Vosual Explorer start does'nt  retreive information, and still display the following message "sorry, there is no exact match of the keyword".

    When I started to use Zentity, I enterred some informations like titles with names of persons and few other ones (headings, jobs, occupations ...) . All was working fine. Just after I have changed in Titles (person names) using organisation names, visual  explorer start give me that answer. I've  changed the information in titles back to their initial values (i.e person names) and i still get this answer.

    Any Idea on how to to correct this behaviour  ?

  • Open the folder C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files and delete all the folders related to Zentity, visualexplorer, webui, etc. It would give you correct results.
