Installation Cannot Continue for OneCare

Trying to install the free version of OneCare. Keep getting a window that says network problems are preventing OneCare from continuing at this time. Error code:0014-80072EFD. I'm using Vista and on a wireless connection and the connection is fine. Just installed on my PC that is using Windows XP and is wired. Worked with no problems

The 0014 error is a download error. Check that your computer date and time are set correctly and this Microsoft Knowledge Base article explains how to troubleshoot the 0014 error - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930157/en-us
