Installin Live Mesh on Vista 32bit SP1?

I want to install Live Mesh on Windows Vista SP1 32bit. The installer says:

What to do? After I click OK, nothing happening.

Put your language on English and it should work (via control panel)

I have the same problem. I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate SP1. Ik already have changed my interface to english. But it doesn't work.
