    I recently subscribed to Microsoft Adcenter. I set up my account, and then a few days later, when I tried to log in to complete the setup, I was unable to do so. I received a message that told me that I must activate my account with the activation email that was sent to me--but I never received an activation email! I received two microsoft emails, one detailing the charges on my credit card (the activation fee) and one with the welcome to adcenter message--but no activation email. I think it's pretty funny that they can take my money without my "activation" through email, but I can't log into my account.....

     

    has anyone else had an issue like this?

  • The activation email may have been intercepted by your spam blocker. If you can't find it in a sub-directory, I'd recommend contacting support. They can issue you a new login. Once logged into your account, I'd suggest changing the password and secret question issued by support.
