I think help file will not be changed automatically as per my knowledge, These help files are htm files and i think you have to manually open these files (they are in the CRMWeb installation directory)
and edit them.
May be some editor like Visual Studio which can serach and replace between file will be handy.

What else should get renamed?
When you rename an entity, the following list of items needs to be renamed as well:
- The entity singular and plural name
- The entity display name
- Labels on related entity forms – if Contact is renamed to Person, the account form's Primary Contact field label should be changed accordingly.
- Help files
- Text strings
- Left navigation items
- Reports
- View names
