IIS 6 and SSL RRS feed

  • Question

  • I recently upgraded my server from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003. This included an upgrade from IIS 5 to IIS 6. Everything seems to be working fine, with the exception of viewing my websites over a secure connection (https://). Prior to the upgrade, I could view my websites using http or https just fine. Viewing the web sites using http still works just fine, however, if I try to access them using https I get “Page Cannot Be Displayed”. Is there anything that needs to be done after the upgrade to make this start working again? I have tried to export and re-import my certificates and nothing seems to work. I even downloaded and ran the MS SSL diagnostic tool and it says everything is set-up fine, so I am fresh out of ideas for what to try here.
