icons and all programs seem to have disappeared, codes showing up, bunch of error messeges showing up with offer to start a system diagnostics application which you can then purchase to fix problems, I have read on here that this is a scam, how do I fix

  code 0X80092003.  all icons wiped out, warnings: ram memory reliability is extremely low, failed to save all componets to file\\system 32\0001011, system 32\00051da, system 32\000608c, etc.  My computer 4 error drives, system drive 1 error, ram memory 1 error, system regis 2 error, them this program wants me to pay for them to supposely fix these problems. I have been using programs that show my computer status protected, as well as having microsoft fix it fix it center and fix it center through windows live.
