Help can't start up windows RRS feed

    I have summative due on Friday, and I cant even open my windows up! It keeps saying I have issues and wont let me get to any of my files or anything. It says to restart after a certain time and I click okay. But it never works! Its the same thing every time. I need a number so I can ask what to do. Since nothing is working. I cant do anything on my lap top! I have to use my parents old computer.

    Where are the messages coming from Windows or One Care? What exactly are the messages? What is your operating system?
