Windows 7 64-bit suddenly not genuine

Question
-
Hello, my Windows 7 64-bit desktop just recently gave me a not genuine message after about 3 months of working (and updating) fine. I have the diagnostic reports right here:

It appears that windows was installed using non-genuine media with a loader or hack, or a loader was installed to attempt to activate windows. The loader is attempting to emulate the HP bios marker. The key in use is blocked by microsoft and is the Lenovo key that was released prior to the sale of any OEM computers with windows 7.
If you purchased this computer with windows installed seek recourse with the vendor, if you purchased the software report it. For any other questions on how to get genuine just ask. I recommend that you perform a clean installation to remove the loader.

It's not possible that this was pre-installed. That product key is the key used with Levono systems only. The Gigabyte key is different. The manufacturer of your computer is Gigabyte. You should contact the vendor that sold Windows 7 to you or if this computer is part of a larger organization, contact your system administrator.- Proposed as answer by motherboardlove Friday, November 5, 2010 7:19 PM

It is possible and common for "used" and "refurbished" computers to come with windows "preinstalled" but as you say, that key is never legitimatly preinstalled.
Also, there are torrents of "preactivated" windows available, many using this key and loaders or other hacks that are recognized by WAT. Unfortunatly, people have been sold what is purported to be a genuine copy of windows or a computer with windows "preinstalled" only to find out later that they have been scammed for the cost of the OS.
