    Hey Guys,

    Yesterday evening we installed UR11v2 onto our CRM 2011 system, I was under the impression that UR11 had cross browser support and a couple of new features.

    Forgive me if I am wrong because the update information on the web seems a little sparse and has confused me slightly,

    Question is how do I get cross browser support and the new features that I saw highlighted?

    Hi,

    cross browser support is not included in the update rollup 11. It will be included in the Q4 2012 Service Update. Take a look here for more info.

    as far as I know, this update rollup enables cross browser only for crm online not on prem.

    Hi,

    We are talking about the same thing. Cross browser support among other features will probably be available around the end of 2012 but it is not included in Rollup 11.
