Office is failing validation RRS feed

  • We purchased four computers from Reynolds and Reynolds in 2004.  All were purchased with XP and office.  Yesterday the xp validation failed and I updated the XP product code to match the one that is on the box.  I have no idea how it got changed.  Now I cannot get office to validate.  I have the product codes for all of the computers but I am not sure which one goes with what computer.  I need to update the product code for this computer. Microsoft Outlook is not working properly.

  • To help us analyze and troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, please download and run the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostics Tool
    Once you run the tool, click on the Continue button, then click on the Copy button and paste the report into your post.
