Unable to connect to internet error message with activated Microsoft Office 2007 software RRS feed

    I have installed and activated the Microsoft Office 2007 software I purchased approx. 5 yrs ago. Everything works fine until I try to connect to Microsoft Office Online to look at templates. I get a "cannot connect to server". I ran the Microsoft Genuine Advantage and below is the information which resulted. Can you help me figure out why I cannot connect to look at and download templates from Microsoft Office online?

    Unfortunately I was unable to paste the information retrieved from the Genuine Advantage diagnostic run due to an error message stating I could not submit a message containing numbers or characters.
