For Emails with only one word in Subject Line the default "Smart Matching" leads to Email getting tagged to wrong records RRS feed

  • Due to the default "Smart Matching" setting emails with just one word as Subject lines are getting tagged incorrectly
    eg: Email with Subject line "PO" or "Re:PO" or "Odr" gets tagged against incorrect account. Kindly let me know if there is any solution to avoid this incorrect tagging. Thanks in advance.
