No connection to the CRM Web client, but Webclient.

Hi,
one of our customers have a difficult problem that we are not solved
get.
Users access via CRM Web client and the CRM Server is
located on the intranet. (which also works well.)
Once a user but by Global Remote to the system with the CRM
Client wants to register he gets the error "server not found".
Interesting way of access via the Web, however.
If the user himself again as normal by Lan wants Register
usually starts the CRM client is no longer new and must be configured
and sometimes also the execution of the diagnosis.
Has anyone ever had a similar problem and maybe can give me some
Solution approaches.
Thanks in advance.
