    How do I let them know not to automatically renew my account. They have my credit information and it's due to renew at the end of this month.

    With your credit card on file, your subscription will automatically be renewed on the expiration date. You can renew any time before expiration with a retail key (sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com, select the OneCare subscription and use the option to renew with a token/PIN/Key) and you will not be charged.
