Genuine Advantage error RRS feed

  • I have had MS Office Pro 2003 installed on my computer since 2005 and reinstalled it on a new hd in 2008. Never had a problem and was able to update easily. Now in the last week or so i am getting the Genuine error message that it may be counterfiet. I filed a counterfiet report and was getting ready to send off me disk for a replacement but had a thought that this might be a scam to get orig disks. My product code is F33QC-HRCV8X4MRQ-JG7Y2-WF486. The address to send to is in Erie Pa. Any thoughts on how to verify?
