Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Unified Service Desk Client Connection Error RRS feed

  • I have installed Unified Service Desk client on my laptop (having Windows 8.1 64 bit OS). When I launch this client and provide following inputs:

    - Deployment Type = Online

    - Online Region = Don't Know

    - User Name = <I provided user name of my CRM Online trial instance>

    - Password = <I provided correct password>

    When I click on 'Login' button, the client displays error as:

    Couldn't connect to CRM. Verify the server name and logon credentials. See log file for more details.

    Error details: Unable to logon. Make sure your logon credentials are correct and try again. Contact your CRM administrator if the problem persists.

  • Did you tried change use login O 365.

    I found the full guide was bit cryptic.

    -Use some soulution to update crm.

    -Activate 2013 online new functionality 

    -copy paste from folder to folder

  • I tried to install USD Client on a 32-bit  operationg system. It is giving me error of unable to install on this processor type.

    Does anyone have any idea? Can't we install on 32-bit OS?

  • Download the Unified Service Desk client setup appropriate file (.exe), and save it on your computer:

    • For 32-bit version of Windows, download the UnifiedServiceDesk-i386.exe file.

  • Hi, 

    I am also getting Same error. 

    I am trying to setup Unified Service Desk on Microsoft Trial version. But unable to run package installer and unable to connect Unified Service Desk older environment. 

    Getting error: "Can't connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM - org0dba88f8." 

    1. Installed UnifiedServiceDesk64

    2. Installed Dynamics365-USD-2.2.0.755-PackageDeployer

    My environment was successfully working till 29th Dec since 30th I am facing issue. Is there patch got installed ?

  • I am also facing this issue since 30th Dec'17 while accessing Dynamics 365 Demo environment from USD.

    Please let me know if you get any breakthrough.

  • My Problem got resolved by Upgrading Unified Service Desk client version from  Dynamics365-USD-2.2.2.815-amd64 to Dynamics365-USD-3.1.0.882-amd64.

    Now, USD is working fine.
