Hi Shivam, it sounds as though the CRM for Outlook client and one/or both organizations is not configured properly. In order to troubleshoot this, you will need to check: the CRM for Outlook Diagnostics Wizard, the CRM for Outlook trace logs, your sync privileges
in both CRM organizations, the errors/trace logs, etc.
