off topic - dream'eo enza not recognized RRS feed

    I recently bought a new dream'eo enza and installed it and every time I try to connect it to my computer I get a message that the device has malfunctioned and windows cannot recognize the device.  Anyone have any ideas on what's going on?  I'm running XP.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and even gone to dreameo's website to try and update the drivers.  Any ideas would be great.

    This forum is for windows onecare so I  doubt you will get help here, I'd suggest contacting the manufaturer or putting the error message into Google and see what comes up.

    This probably will not help but I was having the same issue and I ended up having to have the motherboard replaced. Now it sort of works. My music transfers fine but the Enza does not recognize that there are various albums, it has all the songs under 1 unknown folder where as before it would separate them like they are on my laptop.
