While creating Sharepoint project 2007 in Visual Studio 2010,getting exception RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • Hi everyone! I'm hoping that someone can help me out. I have installed Visual Studio 2010 on O/S Windows Server 2003 64 Bit.

    In My machine MOSS 2007 64 bit was already installed, and when we are trying to create work flow or other sharepoint project getting exception.

    Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SharePoint.Search, Version=12.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

    When I tried to create work flow getting exception

    Start->Program files->Microsoft visual studio 2010->File->New Project->Sharepoint Tab->2007

    "A 32-bit version of windows sharePoint service is required by this project but is not installed on the system"

    So here I am fully confused if everything having 64 bit (e.g. O/S 64 bit, MOSS 64 bit, Visual studio 64 bit). So why system searching 32 bit WSS 3.0

    And while going to install 32 bit WSS 3.0 on OS server 2003 64 bit it is not install getting error it cannot be install on 64 bit OS

    Thanks,

    Sanjeev Sharma
