    for some reason the search box and bottom of the screen tool bar and clock are not showing up when i have a window opened. the bottom toolbar and clock only show up when i'm on the desktop. i would like the clock to always show on my screen no matter what page i am on.

    windows vista home basic compaq presario pc with windows 7 and IE 9 beta.
