Workflow onchange event is not always triggered RRS feed

  • Hi guys,

    The problem of today is how to realize why a workflow is not triggered on change event of regarding field of a email record?

    So I have a rule which create a new case for a new email or associate it to an existing case. The rule itself works fine. The problem is with workflow triggering, it works on the first incoming email when a new case is created and associated with the email. But next emails related to this case do not give a change regarding field event at least the workflow is not triggered on them. Is it normal behavior?

    How can I track changes on a email? Audit records?

    I have no idea why does it behaves that way. I remember that I developed plugin for those cases and messages were DeliverIncoming and DeliverPromote. You should consider development of plugins to resolve your issue.
