how to register a plugin on entityimage field change?

  Is there a way to register a plugin on change of entityimage field in the entity for CRM 2013? the scenario is i need to upload the image being uploaded into CRM 2013 account to another system. i've the plugin completed but i found that plugin registration tool is not exposing entityimage field to register a plugin. Any help on the same or workaround is much apreciated.
