Can't import QIF file from Chase Bank to Money Plus RRS feed

  • Question

  • I've been renaming the qfx file to an ofx file and it has been uploading my credit card transaction into Microsoft Money for several years. This month, when I save the qfx file from Chase, it doesn't save with the .qfx at the end of the name of the file, so I can't just use the magic trick of changing the q to an o. It downloads as a pdf now for some reason.

FYI---I also download business transaction from Capital One to Quickbooks, and found out from both Cap1 and Quickbooks that Cap1, Chase and Amex were all having problems due to some change they made which made the files not upload to Quickbooks. They have been working on a fix and QB had a work-around to make it work, but Cap1 worked today. Unfortunately, Chase didn't. Does anyone know how I can make this work? I also tried to download as a Money file and it doesn't work either.

  • Are you sure?  I just downloaded my CC data from Chase without any problem.  Did you choose your credit card number for Account, Quicken Web Connect (QFX) for File Type and Current Display or Custom Range for Activity

  • I think LMJJDP wanted his bank transactions.

  • Cal,

Reread his/her first sentence, it was about a problem with the download from his Chase CC. --

    Peace,

Yep. Missed that. I paid too much attention to the title.
