Hello,
I am experiencing many problems. Microsoft Edge is not responding: the pop up box appears at the bottom of Edge to recover the web page and after clicking on it Edge hangs, Microsoft mail app is unresponsive & does not load new e-mail messages, Windows Store can not download apps, when clicking & launching File Explorer it hangs, the Registry Editor string "AskToCloseAllTabs" is always removed when I shut down my computer and turn it back on, .epub files .jpeg files .htm files and many other files all state they have to be reset, my mouse constantly freezes. I have ran Media Creation Tool as a admin for over 7 hours and it states "Checking for updates". I do not know what else I can do to resolve all of my issues. Is there anyone that can assist me to fix all of these problems? I would greatly appreciate it.
