Do not know how to find my certification (took a few years ago and have no info)

       I took a few certification exams a few years back in school, however I don't remember ever getting any information afterwards.  At the time I was moving around a lot and shortly after transferring schools my original email account was disabled by the original institution.  I have been navigating the site trying to find a similar topic, however I haven't found anything that would help me in my case.
