Installing updates and Error and At Risk Status

  I keep getting this computer notice that my computer is at risk and I am also having trouble trying to get my updates since installing WLOC (Windows Live Once Care).  I also have gone to the website for assistance (that's why i'm here) and it doesn't give me any help at all.  The message that I get asks me to

  1. Reset permissions to one care. 2) Go online to search for answers to your questions.  When I go to ethier one of these questions, I still cannot get the problem sloved.  Is there anyone that I can talk to?  Thanks
