Add forward\reply\replyAll buttons to a form in CRM 2013 RRS feed

  • Hello All,

    I need to add reply\forward\replyAll buttons to a form. I found "Add reply button in history window for emails in crm 4.0" thread (can not insert the link due to account limitation) that describes exactly what I need but this approach seems to be non-functional for CRM 2013. Could anyone please suggest me how can this be done for CRM 2013?

    Not sure what is your scenario (because it is not well-described) but the best tool for Ribbon/Toolbar modifications is Ribbon Workbench.

  • My scenario is to reply/forward/replyAll to email by its ID. As far as can see it can be done in CRM 4.0 by web request

    something like https://domain/activities/email/edit.aspx?_InReplyToId=%7b__EMAIL_ID__%7d&crmFormSubmitMode=__SUBMITMODE__&CRMWRPCToken=__TOKEN__&CRMWRPCTokenTimeStamp=__TICKS_

    The highlighted parameter can be _InReplyToId OR _ForwardFromId OR _InReplyAllToId

    This should open Reply/Forward/ReplyAll window for email with id __EMAIL_ID__ but this approach doesn't seem work in CRM 2013.

    So, I need to know if there is any way to do this on CRM 2013
