  1.  You have installed a volume license key version of XP Pro.  Volume licensed versions of XP are not supposed to be sold to the general public but only to businesses, academic institutions and governmental agencies.  The key has been blocked by Microsoft as the key has been improperly used in one manner or another.  If you are an employee of a company and you believe that the error is not proper you need to contact your IT department for assistance.  Otherwise see the general fix later after problem 2 is discussed.
