I don't see anything wrong with the Diagnostic Report (aside from the trial version of Office, that Dan pointed out). Vista shows as Genuine and I don't see any Activation or Validation error codes.

A few words about whatever problem you are experiencing would be helpful.
You should uninstall the Trial version of Office now that you have installed a perpetually licensed vesion. Sometimes leaving a Trial installed prevents the real one from validating correctly.
