    I have tried several times to renew my subscription to Live OneCare and have been rejected each time.  I log on, fill out the form, press continue, and nothing happens.  So far, I have not found an alternative means of renewing and I have not been able to get any kind of assistance from MS.

     

    Any suggestions beyon the obvious one of ditching this and replacing it with non-MS software?

  • Are you trying to renew after signing in at http://billing.microsoft.com?

    Are you providing updated credit card information? If so, make sure that you have no punctuation at all in any of the data fields - name, address, card number, phone number, etc.

    Where are you located (country)? Is the email address in your forum profile valid if I contacted you via email?
