    I have 3 users on one computer and all users have been locked out of internet options with error message: This operation canceled due to restrictions on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.  I am the administrator and even I can not use internet options because of this lock out!  How in the world do I enable myself and others on this computer to change internet options?  Please Help!!!

    Is the computer a member of a domain? Or are they on a workgroup?

     

    Are the users signing in with different usernames?
