Configurable when export out to Excel by Ordering

Question
-
For CRM project, when we design the placement of fields, we normally pair it as left-to-right;
But when we export to template (using CRM default function), CRM put all the fields from the form (Section-by-Section) to Excel column from up-down; left-right.
It is that the placement of columns is configurable when export out to Excel, and then we can change approach ?

I don't think you can override the order using any out of the box functionality.
Why not just export and then rearrange the columns into the desired order and then reuse the edited file for future imports?

Hi,
Why you don't define a custom view for that entity and export from list? In a custom view you can define the columns you want, the order and width of columns.
Hope this helps.

Your way can work too. But sometime people keen to import by entity.
