onecare installation issue RRS feed

    i repurchased onecare a couple months ago and recently had problems getting it to update. I tried all the different things it said and finally i got to some cleanup tool. I was not aware it deleted the program entirely and i forgot my password. I reset my password to get in and now it is saying that i have a cancelled subscription and wants me to repay?? I have no way to contact anyone because apparently you have no number to call. How can i possibly get my onecare up and running again, i have already paid for the product and it is getting rather frustrating.
