WSH error: "Can't find script engine "VBScript" for script. RRS feed

    I am trying to install a program but during the installation I get this error. I have tried averithing I have found on the internet. Registering the vbscript dll's (32 and 64 bit dll's). removing the  "HKCR\CLSID\{B54F3741-5B07-11CF-A4B0-00AA004A55E8}\InprocServer32\(Default)"  reg key (It didn't exist). checking if everything is proporly filled in "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{B54F3741-5B07-11cf-A4B0-00AA004A55E8}\InprocServer32". Nothing helped I keep getting the error mesege. 

    I can run vbscript file perfectly fine if I double click on them.
