Your computer was manufactured well before Win7 was released, yet has an OEM_SLP license in use - it cannot be genuine, and must have been enabled by a hacker's Loader program.

  • You need to restore the original copy of Windows Vista that shipped on this computer or purchase a full license copy of Windows 7 from the the Microsoft Store, Amazon Corp. (not an affiliate), or other very reputable dealer.  Your computer was manufactured in 2008 so it could not have shipped with a factory installed copy of Windows 7.  The copy you copied to your computer is an OEM SLP copy that shipped on a newer HP after July 24, 2009 when Windows 7 released to manufacturing.  It will never activate on your model.  The information in the BIOS is all wrong.  It is for your original Vista.
