Want to Renew, but it keeps telling me my credit card information is incomplete/wrong (which it is NOT!)

  I like Live One Care and want to renew, but I hate your "support" and the fact that I've spent the past week attempting to renew. It's getting close to expiry now, and I need to renew before I have unsafe surfing.

  I can get to the page where I enter my credit card information, but no matter how I put the numbers and address and info in, it keeps telling me the information is incorrect. It is not. I checked with my "financial provider". What gives, and how can I fix and update immediately?
