May I take MCITP exam after August 2013?

Microsoft will begin MSCA and other certification of server 2012 after 2013 year, and if I pass 70-640 exam in 2012 year, can I continious to take other exam of MCITP certifacion in 2014?

It all depends on whether the exam you want to take has/will been/be retired. Please refer to the following link to for details of scheduled exam retirement http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/cert-lifecycle.aspx
