CRM 2015 ((7.0.1.129) (DB 7.0.1.129)) - Create new account and address fields locked. RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We've only just realised that, when we create a new account, the phone and address sections are padlocked.  If I view the form to design changes they're not locked on there but we can still create an account via the opportunity form. Bit stuck on this one.

    Tried on numerous machines and various accounts.

  • The company that installed CRm connected and stated the following:

    “It looks like the cause was a multiple of issues: cross-domain access not enabled, CRM url was not added in intranet zone, expired license and workstation client not running on this machine. Some of the issues of course will not apply to other users who already have the workstation clients installed for example.”

    Did you checked Business rules for Account Entity and also verify JavaScript Resource on Account Form for filed locking rule/code ?
