You only passed the 70-646? Then you will just get access to the MCP site (which does not include any certificatiion you could download).
To receive the MCITP certification, you should also do the 70-640 and 70-642. Please see http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/mcitp.aspx#tab2
(That is the reason why people normaly do the other exams first and the pro exam last: That way they directly earn MCTS certifications).
But that is just my persnal opinion and it might be wrong. If you need an official answer, you should contact the regional service center: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/help/assisted-support.aspx (But the information should be correct and other community members might correct me if I made an mistake)
With kind regards,
Konrad
EDIT: Changed my wording a little to make sure nobody is confused with getting a credential called "MCP".- Proposed as answer by Rich Prescott Tuesday, August 16, 2011 3:37 AM

If that is your own exam, you wont receive any certification per se.
That is because you need the other prerequisite certifications.
You dont actually receive an MCP either as this is a new generation exam and not valid for the MCP title

As Konrad & Niall has already stated: If you've only passed the 646 exam, then you will not receive anything. To gain the MCITP credential you will need to pass the prerequisite MCTS exams. You will not hold the MCP credential/status (as that was a designation from the old NT/2000/2003 track), however you will be a member of the MCP community.
A. The term MCP is used both as a general term for all Microsoft Certified Professionals and as the name of a credential. As an MCTS, you become part of the Microsoft Certified Professional community, with access to all related benefits, information, and activities. You do not earn a credential titled "MCP." You should use the MCTS certification on your resume and in business collateral, thereby indicating your specialty and that you are a member of the MCP community at large.

Good addition. I even changed my wording to remove any confusion regarding the MCP credential. I hope that my post can no longer be missunderstood in that point now.
