Any help would be appreciated. I'm not sure what to do. I rebooted and ran the full Windows Live OneCare scan and the quarantine failed. I would like to remove the exploit completely.

I had the same problem.
To solve it go to Control Panel, double click on Java, under Temporary Internet Files click Settings and then Delete Files.
Run the scan again and they should be gone.
