WINDOWS REGISTIRY- FileNotToBackup

Question
-
Hi All,
I have done the backup implementation at client server by using 3rd Party Software ,DELL Netvault 10 . After the backup done, we figured out that some file cannot been backup due to the contents were excluded by user operating system. After do some research ,we find out the excluded content have been set as a default on every windows os . Below are the log report and the windows registry setting that have been default setting by windows.
What the reason windows have set the file not to backup on the registry and have any issue if we disable it ?
- Registry Editor > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > BackupRestore > FilesNotBackup

Could be that it's Ok but it may break your application NetVault Backup so I'd ask the developer about this.

I think you'll have to ask Dell.

Dear patrick,
Dell have confirmed they have backup the entire file. But unfortunately it failed to do full backup due to Windows OS have excluded some file ,that have been set in the Windows Registry. Is that are ok , if I disabled it ?
